Cheapest countries ranking: Turkey's State Pension status and the country count

Was: The ranking tables wrongly marked Turkey's UK State Pension as frozen, the page promised fifteen countries but listed twelve, and the summary gave lower starting costs (Thailand £650, Greece and Cyprus £950) than the ranking itself
Now: Turkey is marked as uprated (it is on the GOV.UK list), Vietnam, Malaysia and Bulgaria complete the list of 15, and the summary, ranking and FAQs use the same monthly costs
